Pacifica Board Vice-Chair Ken Ford is a lobbyist for the National Association of Home Builders and one of the most divisive and malicious forces. He has tried on several occasions to get the FBI to investigate Pacifica listeners for sending him email.
In an article published in the San Francisco Examiner on 10/23/01, Mr. Ford referred to community members who support the ongoing lawsuits as "zealots," and he added, "I see parallels between this group and al Qaeda, the terrorists who bombed New York. They have an innate anger towards society as a whole."
Really, Mr Ford?
Mr. Ford's behavior has now crossed the line from boorish and bullying to criminal slander.
Don’t let him get away with it.
Visit the Progresssive Portal and send a letter to 500 of Ken Ford’s colleagues at the NAHB telling them what you think of this type of behavior.It is long past time for Mr. Ford to be forced off the Pacifica Board for repeated outrageous and indefensible behavior.
