SPECIAL GALLERY MINT OVERSTRIKE AUCTION #4

(ALL REPRODUCTIONS ARE OVERSTRUCK ON GENUINE TYPE COINS!)

BIDDER RULES

CLOSES August 15, 2005

These are the remnants of all the Overstikes to date and minimum bids have been greatly reduced. This is the last of them for a while! Some of these are as nice as any we have done!

  1. Email all bids to mikeellis2001@yahoo.com with “Auction” for the subject.
  2. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the buyer.  The auctioneer reserves the right to reject or withdraw any lot from the sale.
  3. Most items look far superior to the images shown!
  4. All sales are for cash and are due immediately upon receipt of invoice. Items will be shipped upon receipt of payment. You may pay via PayPal to mikeellis2001@yahoo.com or via check or money order payable to Mike Ellis,   P. O. Box 706, Eureka Springs, AR 72632.
  5. The auction is open to anyone and no deposit is required or desired.
  6. Bidders will be awarded lots at a 10% advance over the second highest.
  7. If  winning bidder is at minimum bid and no other bids are received, it will be awarded at the minimum bid. (Unlimited bids will be accepted though I caution you that this is not the smartest way to bid!)
  8. When emailing them in:  The first email received wins in the event of a tie bid so bid early!
  9. All items are guaranteed as described.  Bidders have a seven business day, no questions asked return privilege on any item.
  10. You may email me at any time between now and the closing to check on and/or increase your bids. I encourage you to do so. However, if you do, to change your bid you must top the highest current bid by a minimum of 10%. You may email at any time until the close of the sale to inquire on bids and to increase your own.
  11. The auction will close after all bidding is completed on August 15th with the tentative close time being 7:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST).
  12. If you have questions feel free to email Mike at mikeellis2001@yahoo.com .

ENJOY AND GOOD LUCK!
