Just hours after the judge's ruling, KPFT legend Rockin' Rad Rich was the first to break the gag rule.

In the 1AM hand-off between Sound of Texas programmer Christy and the legendary Rockin' Rad Rich, the KPFT interim LAB had its on-air promotional debut.

"Hey look, RadRich is in the studio early. What's up Rich?"

"Well I was at the local advisory board meeting tonite....."

(Christy sounding scared) "Are you sure we want to talk about this....."

"Yeah, we do"

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah. So the local advisory board is gonna have an open house at the station next Friday"

"Really?"

"That's right....at the station next Friday from 5P, everybody's invited....."

Then some details, then some rockabilly ensued.

And the signoff, "We don't what's gonna happen but the rock will carry on!"
